NATO Fears AI Could Become a Method for Waging Information Warfare
The "poisoning" of data through artificial intelligence models may become a method for conducting information warfare, according to a report titled "Next Generation Information Environment" by NATO's Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence, as reported by RIA Novosti.
The authors of the report believe that artificial intelligence systems could become the most authoritative actors in the future, but warn that society may lose trust in them due to data manipulation and the alleged "poisoning" by adversaries.
