Appeals Court Rejects My Complaint Against Archimandrite Arshak's Detention, Leaves Him in Custody: Lawyer
The Appeals Court (presided by Vache Margaryan) has rejected my complaint against the detention of Archimandrite Arshak and left him in custody. This was reported by lawyer Arsen Babayan on his social media page.
“Of course, this was not unexpected. It is noteworthy that it was not unexpected even under the conditions when reviewing the prosecutor's decision to initiate criminal prosecution; it becomes evident that no crime has been committed. Even if the actions described in that decision had occurred in objective reality (this is excluded, it did not happen), then even under those circumstances, it is clear that a criminal act has not been committed,” he wrote.
