It’s Very Frustrating, But There’s Nothing Surprising: Beglaryan
The main task is to strengthen Armenia, that is, to have a strong and developed Republic of Armenia in short. This was stated by former Ombudsman of Artsakh, State Minister Artak Beglaryan, during a conversation with reporters, in response to the question of what should be done to make the liberation of Artsakh and Shushi realistic.
“The entire Armenian people should have a national ideology and a national elite, and based on that, effective governance. I am confident that over time we can return to Artsakh as well. I am no longer surprised; what can I say, it is naturally very frustrating, but there’s nothing to be surprised about.
I am sure that the return to Artsakh is possible; it is a matter of time, whether it will be in a few years or in decades. The important thing is that we have that goal and pursue it,” Beglaryan stated.
