If Narek Nalbandyan Creates Such an Impression, He Will Have a Cruel Fate: Pashinyan

If Narek Nalbandyan is trying to create the impression that he has connections with our family, he will face a fate far more cruel than that of other oligarchs. This was stated by Nikol Pashinyan during a press briefing.

“Ararat Cement” continues to be under the governance of the Republic of Armenia; no processes have taken place concerning this. I do not have a heart oligarch, and if there is someone in Armenia's economic sphere who is irritating me and my family beyond tolerable limits, it is Narek Nalbandyan. I have instructed the relevant law enforcement agencies to initiate proceedings, and if we receive any evidence that any businessman, including Narek Nalbandyan, is trying to create the impression that he has any connection with our family, I assure you that our response will be very harsh, harsher than usual methods.

I have told the law enforcement agencies that even if there is a slight basis for the claim that Narek Nalbandyan is trying to connect with our family, I assure you he will face a more cruel fate than that of other oligarchs. On the contrary, I am surprised that every time there is such a publication, he does not deny it; this irritates us greatly. My family is not involved in any business, and I warn all entrepreneurs that anyone who tries to create such an impression will face a disproportionate response from us,” said Pashinyan.
