It's Armenia's Business: Overchuk on EU Membership
Armenia's membership in the European Union is Armenia's business and a matter of the country's sovereign rights. This was stated by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk during a press conference held within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum.
According to him, there are no negotiations or communications taking place between Yerevan and Moscow on this matter.
“The question of Armenia's membership in the EU is Armenia's business. How they decide will be how it will be. It is their sovereign right,” Overchuk said.
