I Am Not the Secretary of the Soviet Armenian Central Committee, Says Prime Minister
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced that it is impossible to force Armenia to hold a referendum.
While addressing the issue of imposing a referendum on Armenia, Pashinyan stated that he is not the Secretary of the Central Committee of Soviet Armenia to be summoned to Russia, questioning how such a thing could be imposed on his country. He also expressed confusion as to why the options he presents to Moscow are not covered in the media, adding, "Oh, they called from Moscow, fetch some cognac, let's tell Gago to go resolve the issues quickly."
