Zahharova Comments on the Situation in Armenia
Protesters' dissatisfaction, among other things, is due to their belief that the delimitation process is entirely unjust. This was stated by Maria Zahharova, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, during a press briefing addressing the situation in Armenia.
At the same time, Zahharova referred to the political processes in Armenia as an internal matter of the country. “From our side, we are aimed at deepening the ancient and friendly ties with the Armenian people. As I mentioned today, we are ready to immediately assist our friendly country, which has found itself in a difficult situation. Aid is sent immediately as soon as the neighboring state is in trouble,” she said.
