Government Responds to Claims of Surrendering Defensive Positions in Gegharkunik
The government of Armenia has denied reports claiming that it had promised to surrender certain defensive positions in the Gegharkunik region to Azerbaijan.
In response to inquiries from Armenpress regarding the circulated information, officials from the Armenian government stated, “The information disseminated today in the media about supposed promises to hand over certain defensive positions in the Gegharkunik region is completely false.”
