How Many Individuals Cleared Their Obligations from Utilizing the 50% Bonus Component?
As a result of the bonus system components introduced by the legislative reforms of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, since April 5, 82,118 citizens have cleared their obligations with 180,950 fine decisions, benefiting from the 50% bonus component applicable to outstanding obligations not in the enforcement phase. A total of 774,676,880 AMD has been deposited into the state budget, as reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to Armenpress.
According to the source, 28,959 citizens benefitted from the 30% bonus component, while 34,820 fine decisions were paid within 15 days after notification—with a 30% reduction. The state budget received 227,457,922 AMD.
It was noted that 20,961 citizens have activated the electronic address notification system on Roadpolice.am and will benefit from the 20% bonus component.
The Ministry's legislative reforms aim to encourage law-abiding drivers, enhance traffic safety, and promote greater use of digital tools among citizens.
