Lawyer Arsen Babayan wrote: “To Deputy Colonel Grigoryan from the Criminal Police: I believe we do not know each other. I urge the people of Artsakh to stop calling and not to summon the administration for participating in what you describe as anti-government rallies. We know a real anti-government phenomenon; if you have decided to engage in anti-government activities, then engage with the real phenomenon. Do not do such things anymore.”
