Senior Commander of Hezbollah Killed
On January 4, a senior commander of Hezbollah, Hussein Yazbek, was killed as a result of strikes carried out by the Israeli Air Force in southern Lebanon. This information has been reported by Israeli media.
In addition to him, three other militants from the organization were also eliminated.
The military operation occurred immediately after the speech of Hezbollah leader Nasrallah on January 3, in which he threatened Israel with "terrible vengeance" for the elimination of Saleh Al-Arouri, a top representative of Hamas' leadership, in Beirut on January 2.
