A Maximum of 40 Armenians Remain Under Azerbaijani Occupation: Artak Beglaryan
Former Minister of State of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, writes on his X page: “The people of Artsakh have faced the genocidal regime of Aliyev, with more than 99.96% of them forcibly displaced.”
“Currently, a maximum of 40 Armenians remain under Azerbaijani occupation, some of whom are not ethnic Armenians but of Russian descent.”
It is reminded that Azerbaijan began a large-scale attack against Artsakh on September 19. According to reports, the number of victims of Azerbaijani aggression exceeds 220.
On September 20, the authorities of Artsakh accepted a proposal for a ceasefire. Representatives from Stepanakert and Baku met in Evlakh on September 21, in Ivanian on September 25, and again in Evlakh on September 29. The forced displacement of Artsakh residents began on September 24.
