Buying a Home in Armenia is a Good Investment: Pashinyan

"Buying a home in Yerevan, Armenia is becoming a trend," stated Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, noting that interest in real estate is currently quite active.

According to him, acquiring an apartment or house in Armenia has become trendy among both compatriots from the Diaspora and those looking to make investments. Many people are purchasing real estate with the intention of renting it out later.

Pashinyan mentioned that compared to last year, the number of real estate transactions has increased by more than 15,000 this year.

The Prime Minister also addressed the continuous rise in real estate prices, noting that he receives letters from citizens regarding this issue. At the same time, he remarked that the increase in prices is "good news" for property owners, as they are "simply getting richer while sitting in their homes."

Pashinyan also announced plans to adopt a law regarding the status of teachers.
