Former Artsakh Presidents Transferred to Baku 'After Arrest', According to Azerbaijani Media
Former Presidents of Artsakh Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, and National Assembly Speaker David Ishkhanyan have been 'arrested' and transferred to Baku, according to reports from Azerbaijani media.
It was previously reported that the former presidents of Artsakh had been captured.
Just recently, it was announced that Artsakh’s Minister of State Arthur Harutyunyan, Minister of Internal Affairs Karen Sargsyan, National Security Service Director Ararat Melikyan, and the head of the Artsakh President's Office are already in Armenia.
