Russia Has Not Fulfilled Its Obligations: Colonna

Russia has not honored its obligations under the trilateral agreement of November 9. The Russian Federation was supposed to provide measures for the political resolution of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Catherine Colonna stated this at a press conference today.
