Erdogan: We Expect Armenia Will Not Submit to Provocative Directions from the Diaspora and Foreign Powers
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan made statements following a cabinet meeting, according to Turkish Anadolu news agency. Speaking on the topic related to Armenia, Erdogan asserted that Turkey expects Armenia will not succumb to provocative directions from the Diaspora and foreign forces.
"The peace and prosperity of the Armenian people depend on friendship with neighbors, not on conflicts. I hope that the 'Zangezur Corridor' will soon be realized and that the link between our brotherly and friendly Azerbaijan by land and railway will operate uninterrupted through Nakhchivan. We want to turn the region into a zone of peace together with our neighbor Iran through joint projects," said Erdogan.
