VIDEO: "Go and Fine Them". Avinyan Comments on Violators of Construction Norms

"In the past, it has been customary to be more lenient during the election period and to fine people less. I, on the contrary, urge to impose more fines. Experience shows that many subjects use this period to carry out various illegalities," said Tigran Avinyan.

According to Avinyan, if there is a violation of construction norms, fines should be imposed every day: "If the networks, which we speak about every day, are not present, fine them every day. When there is no proper equipment, it doesn’t matter what important work is being done; go and fine them," Avinyan stated.
