VIDEO: Russian Peacekeepers Install Barbed Wire and Barriers on the Aghdam-Stepanakert Road

Russian peacekeepers have laid barbed wire and installed barriers near their position on the Aghdam-Stepanakert road to prevent the movement of so-called "humanitarian" cargos dispatched from Baku. This information comes from Azerbaijani media sources.

Recall that yesterday, Azerbaijani outlets released a video regarding the dispatch of a so-called humanitarian cargo from Baku to Stepanakert under the auspices of the Red Cross. Two trucks loaded with 40 tons of flour reached Aghdam; however, by evening, residents of Artsakh closed the road from Aghdam to Askeran, preventing the entry of the Azerbaijani humanitarian cargo.
