Citizen Imitating Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan Beaten in Police Custody
A citizen from Artsakh, Davit Minasyan, who impersonates the President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan in a Facebook live broadcast, was taken to the police station where he claims he was subjected to violence.
"I am currently free. But I have many complaints. I want to know why the police detained me and took me to the Askeran police station for a day. They beat me, and they should answer for that. What right did they have to beat me?" wrote Minasyan on his Facebook page, sharing evidence of the violence he endured.
