Strong Winds Expected in the Evening: What Weather to Anticipate Soon

In the territory of the Republic of Armenia, from August 16-17 and the 19th, dry weather is expected. This was reported by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

On August 18 and 20, light rain and thunderstorms are anticipated in separate regions after noon.

It is noted that the wind will be southeastern, at a speed of 2-3 m/s. On the 16th-20th, in the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, and in the evening hours of the 16th-17th in Armavir, wind gusts of 10-14 m/s are expected, with speeds reaching 15-18 m/s during thunderstorms on the 18th-19th.
