Video: The Hall Started to Whistle When the Azerbaijani Team Was Introduced at the Weightlifting European Championship

The opening ceremony of the Weightlifting European Championship has commenced at the K. Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex in Yerevan. Participants from 40 countries were introduced through flight attendants, who successively descended from the symbolical airplane representing the European Championship that had landed on the stage of the complex.

It is noteworthy that during the opening ceremony, the audience began to whistle when the Azerbaijani team was introduced. The team was also presented through a flight attendant, with the flag bearer bringing forth the Azerbaijani flag, while the Azerbaijani flag was displayed prominently on the entire screen.
