Security based on external powers is fragile and dependent, while security built on the will and cooperation of Muslim nations can be stable, dignified, and lasting. This was stated by Mohammad Baqer Ghalibaf, the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament.

He noted that new regional agreements signify the beginning of a new era, where neighboring Muslim countries rely on their own capabilities and choose cooperation and brotherhood instead of destructive competition.
