The West Effectively Implements External Control Over Kyiv, Says Galuzin

The West is essentially conducting external governance over the Kyiv government and is contributing to the escalation of the conflict. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin stated in an interview with RIA Novosti that the West is effectively exercising external control over the Kyiv regime and is working towards escalating the conflict.

“For now, we are dealing with a situation where Western patrons are effectively conducting external governance in the territories controlled by Kyiv, taking Vladimir Zelensky's regime under complete caretaking, and de facto depriving Ukraine of genuine subjectivity,” said Galuzin.

He emphasized that these patrons continue to “work” towards the escalation of the conflict, using it to harm our country, that is, they maintain the situation as if a political-diplomatic resolution does not align with their interests.
