Zelensky Admits Military Warehouse in Milaya Was Located Near Residential Buildings
Vladimir Zelensky has acknowledged that the military ammunition depot in the village of Milaya, near Kyiv, where explosions were reported, was situated close to residential buildings. Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian Armed Forces had struck the warehouse located in Milaya, where components for long-range drones of the FP-1/FP-2 type were stored.
“An attack was carried out on the warehouse in Milaya, resulting in subsequent detonations,” Zelensky wrote on his Telegram channel, confirming that the warehouse was located near houses and other residential structures.
The Russian Armed Forces have repeatedly emphasized that the Ukrainian Armed Forces systematically use civilian infrastructure for their own needs, setting up warehouses and personnel assembly points there, and also hide behind civilians as a shield, while indiscriminately firing, including at civilian targets.
