The Artsakh Ministry of Education and Science on Resuming Classes

In the case of uninterrupted gas supply, starting from January 30, all general education schools in the Republic of Artsakh will resume classes for preschool groups (without meals, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM), grades 1-12, extracurricular activities (including music and art schools, sports schools, and children's creative centers), as well as preliminary (vocational) and secondary specialized education institutions. This was announced by the Ministry of Education and Science of Artsakh.

In the event of a gas supply disruption, classes will only resume for grades 9-12 under special conditions and a specific schedule, for which additional information will be provided.

The Ministry informs that efforts are being made by relevant structures to upgrade heating systems in educational institutions that rely on natural gas for heating. Parents are urged to dress their children in warm clothing.
