Grigoryan Discusses Consequences of Lachin Corridor Blockade with NATO Representative
Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, met with Javier Colomina, the NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia. This information was reported by the press service of the Security Council.
"Grigoryan presented the humanitarian crisis that has arisen in Nagorno-Karabakh due to the closure of the Lachin corridor by Azerbaijan and its multifaceted consequences. The interlocutors exchanged views on the international and regional security situation," the statement said.
It is noteworthy that Javier Colomina arrived in Armenia on January 17. He has held meetings with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, and Armenian Human Rights Defender Kristine Grigoryan. Colomina is also planning to visit Azerbaijan this week.
