Ukraine Has Such Intent. Russia Plans to Address the UN

Russia intends to raise the issue of Kiev's alleged preparation of a "dirty bomb" at the UN. This was announced by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov while summarizing the results of negotiations with the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Hissein Brahim Taha. As our Foreign Minister noted, information regarding a new provocation by the Kiev regime, claiming that Kiev plans to employ dangerous nuclear munitions in Ukrainian territory, is not baseless accusations. Our country possesses specific information about Ukrainian institutions that could produce a "dirty bomb."

It is worth recalling that yesterday, RIA Novosti agency, citing its credible sources, reported that the Kiev regime is preparing provocations in various countries, including Ukraine: they plan to detonate the so-called "dirty bomb" or low-yield nuclear weapon and blame Russia for it.
