Massive Power Outages in the Country, 30% of Power Plants Destroyed: Zelensky
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that starting from October 10, 30% of power plants in Ukraine have been destroyed, leading to massive power outages across the country.
“Since October 10, 30% of Ukrainian power plants have been destroyed, resulting in widespread power interruptions throughout the country. There is no room for negotiations...,” Zelensky wrote on Twitter.
The Russian Armed Forces targeted Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, just two days after a terrorist incident on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to Russian authorities, was carried out by Ukrainian intelligence services.
Previously, Zelensky signed a decree to implement a decision by Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council regarding the impossibility of conducting negotiations with the Russian President.
