Who are the opposition's candidates for Prime Minister? Vanetsyan responds
According to Arthur Vanetsyan, the chairman of the "Homeland" party and the parliamentary faction "Honorary title," the actions demanded by many can lead to the body of the movement. Vanetsyan stated this while responding to questions from Armur.am reporters.
"For example, if we go and seize, let’s say, the Government or the National Assembly building, what will that give us? Let's think logically: this will give the authorities the opportunity to arrest the leaders of the movement, arrest numerous citizens, and halt the movement. We have no right to allow such actions.
If we understand that we have reached that critical point, believe me, we will take necessary actions. When asked who the candidates for Prime Minister from the opposition are, Vanetsyan stated that certain individuals cannot hold that position.
"A person who has held a state position and has unlawfully enriched themselves or has a bad reputation in society cannot become Prime Minister," he added.
According to Vanetsyan, there are no clear candidates, and their movement does not have party affiliation.
