“NATO countries did not want to listen to us; they had completely different plans, preparing for an attack on Crimea. The alliance began military development from adjacent territories, and everything indicated that the clash was going to be inevitable. Russia delivered a preemptive strike against aggression, and that was the only right decision,” stated Russian President Vladimir Putin during the Victory Parade.

It is important to note that today, May 9, 2022, marks the 77th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. This day holds special significance for us Armenians, as it is also the anniversary of the liberation of Shusha and the establishment of the Artsakh Defense Army.
