There are countries in NATO that want to continue the war in Ukraine, says Cavusoglu
There are countries within the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) that are interested in continuing the conflict in Ukraine. This opinion was expressed by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavusoglu in an interview with CNN Türk.
"There are countries in NATO that want to continue the war in Ukraine," TASS quotes Cavusoglu.
He also announced that negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations continue.
Earlier, Cavusoglu had a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
The parties discussed potential joint actions to ensure the safety of the civilian population in Ukraine.
