"The OSCE is ready to provide assistance in the signing of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as to exert all efforts to maintain peace in the South Caucasus," Rau stated during a press briefing after a meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in Baku.
He also mentioned that joint efforts could lead to solutions for humanitarian issues, including missing persons and the preservation of historical and cultural heritage.
