Only Security Guarantees from Russia are Not Enough: Head of Zelensky's Office

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Igor Zhovkva, has emphasized the necessity of security guarantees from countries other than Russia, according to РИА Новости, citing Bloomberg.

The assistant to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky highlighted the need for security guarantees from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and others, stating that "only security guarantees from Russia will not be enough."

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to carry out a military special operation to protect Donbas in response to requests for assistance from the leaders of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) and the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).
