We Will Not Ban the Import of Russian Energy Resources: Borrell
The EU will not prohibit the import of energy resources from Russia, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell told Al-Jazeera.
He made this statement in light of Washington's announcement regarding new sanctions against Moscow, including a ban on the supply of energy resources.
“We will not ban the import of Russian energy resources; we are not following Biden on this issue,” Borrell said.
