Third Round of Russia-Ukraine Negotiations Begins
Negotiations have commenced between the delegations of Russia and Ukraine in the Brest region of Belarus. This has been reported by RIA Novosti, citing the Russian Embassy in Belarus.
The composition of the Russian delegation remains unchanged and is headed by Vladimir Medinsky, an assistant to the President of Russia. Also included are Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko, Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin, Boris Gryzlov, the Russian Ambassador to Belarus, and Leonid Slutsky, head of the State Duma's international affairs committee.
