Putin Reveals His Conditions Regarding Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin has held a phone conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. This was reported by the Kremlin.

“Vladimir Putin outlined the fundamental approaches of Russia in the context of conducting a special military operation to protect the population of Donbas, and explained in detail its objectives and tasks, which will undoubtedly be accomplished,” the statement reads.

The Russian president also emphasized that Russia is ready for dialogue with the Ukrainian side, “on the condition that all Russian demands are met.”
