Date of CSTO Collective Security Council Meeting Announced
The meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council will take place on January 10, organized by Armenia, in a video conference format.
This information was provided by the press office of the Prime Minister of Armenia in response to an inquiry from "Armenpress." It is noteworthy that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a telephone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on January 8, during which they discussed the proposal made by the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to hold a meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council.
Both sides supported Tokayev's initiative to conduct the meeting in the nearest future in a video conference format. Pashinyan stated that Armenia, as the current president of the CSTO, would handle the organization of this event.
