Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili Will Not Resign
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili has refused to resign in response to demands from the Georgian media. He referred to these actions as an "unsuccessful attempt at conspiracy against the state." This was reported by Georgia-online on Monday, July 12.
"The conspiracy of anti-state and anti-church forces has not occurred in our country and will never happen," Garibashvili stated during a government meeting.
Commenting on the death of operator Aleksandr Lashkaravi, he promised that all those who participated in his beating would be punished.
