Government to Finally Transfer 52 Billion Dram Stolen from Armenian Fund to Artsakh by Selling Tents at High Prices, Tigran Abrahamyan
The government has decided to transfer the 52 billion dram stolen from the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund during the war, along with the 58 billion dram currently in the fund's account, to Artsakh. This is being done by selling tents at inflated prices under the guise of "pre-election campaign overdose." This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the "Henaket" analytical center, on his Facebook page.
“They say they are implementing an unprecedented program in Artsakh. This is money from the entire Armenian nation, gathered during a critical time for our homeland and should be used for its intended purpose. Who are you? What connection do you have to all this? You have only implemented one unprecedented program for Artsakh: you handed it over and led thousands of people to their deaths,” wrote Abrahamyan.
