Azerbaijan Sends One Billion Cubic Meters of Gas to Europe

The first one billion cubic meters of natural gas extracted from the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea has been delivered to Europe via the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) through Turkey. This was stated by Luka Schieppati, the executive director of TAP, as reported by minval.az.

According to him, the Azerbaijani natural gas transported through TAP plays an important role in providing the EU with reliable and efficient energy from a new source, as reported by "Репорт."
