Targeted Justice is Unacceptable: Prosperous Armenia Party on Developments Surrounding Kocharian
The Prosperous Armenia Party has condemned the political persecution of Armenia's second President Robert Kocharian and his family members. In a statement released by the party, it noted that "directed" and "targeted" justice should have no place in a democratic state.
The party also emphasized that such manifestations of ignoring fundamental norms of legal certainty are unacceptable and threaten the foundations of statehood.
