Car Crashes into Electrical Pole in Hrazdan; 20-Year-Old Driver in Critical Condition
On February 24, a traffic accident occurred in Kotayk province, resulting in three individuals being hospitalized. The information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.
The accident was reported at 5:40 PM on Andranik Street in Hrazdan, where emergency responders were notified of casualties.
It was determined that a "Mercedes E" vehicle (driven by 20-year-old G.A., born in 2001) veered off the road, collided with an electrical pole, and ended up in a field.
"Before the rescuers arrived, the driver was extricated from the vehicle by local forces and was taken to Hrazdan Medical Center, where doctors assessed his condition as critical," the report stated.
The rescuers assisted passengers E.P. (born in 2003) and G.H. (born in 2003), transporting them to the ambulance; they were also hospitalized at Hrazdan Medical Center. Medical staff assessed their condition as satisfactory.
The rescuers cut off the vehicle's electrical supply and closed the gas cylinder valve.
