Court Retreats to Deliberation Room to Decide on Prosecutor's Recusal
The General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, has just retreated to the deliberation room to make a decision regarding the recusal of Prosecutor Karen Bisharyan in the case of Robert Kocharyan and others.
The court is set to announce its decision today at 17:45.
The request for recusal was submitted by one of Kocharyan's defenders, Hovhannes Khudoyan, and was supported by other defenders, while both the victim and the prosecution objected.
