Arsen Torosyan is in Denmark
Health Minister Arsen Torosyan is on a two-day working visit to the Kingdom of Denmark in Copenhagen. According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, he is participating in the second session of the 27th permanent committee of the European Region of the World Health Organization (WHO).
During the permanent committee meeting, discussions focused on issues related to enhancing the effectiveness of strategic management in the WHO European Region and the involvement of new elements, as well as the agenda for the 70th session of the WHO European Region.
Health Minister Arsen Torosyan presented proposals regarding the structural changes of offices operating in the WHO European Region, as well as in individual countries, aimed at promoting new thinking, teamwork, the full utilization of technical personnel's potential, and the implementation of innovative technologies.
It is noteworthy that Arsen Torosyan is also actively participating in the work of the “Countries in Focus” subcommittee, considering Armenia's involvement as a member state in the activities of the WHO European Region.
