Soldier Injured by Enemy Fire in Tavush Province to Be Transferred to Yerevan
A contract soldier injured by enemy gunfire in the Tavush province today sustained an injury to his chest area. This information was provided to Sputnik Armenia by the medical center in Noyemberyan, where the soldier was transported.
“He is a 27-year-old resident of the Lori province. The soldier's condition is serious but stable. He has sustained a gunshot wound to the right anterior chest area, as well as fractures of the shoulder and ribs,” the medical center reported.
The 27-year-old soldier will soon be transferred to Yerevan’s Central Clinical Military Hospital, where the need for surgery will be determined.
