16-Year-Old Boy Hit by Car in Yerevan, Falls Under Approaching Tow Truck

On July 24, a tragic incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 22:35, a 31-year-old resident of Yerevan, Movses Khachatryan, struck a 16-year-old pedestrian on Artsakh Street with his Lada Priora vehicle bearing license plate number 35 TC 246.

According to Shamshyan.com, the victim was thrown and fell under the MAN tow truck with license plate number 36 CR 729, driven by a 23-year-old identified as S.T. The MAN vehicle, which operates as a tow truck, dragged the boy several meters away from the collision site.

Citizens attempted to provide first aid to the child and transported him in another civilian car to “Erebuni” hospital, but unfortunately, the child succumbed to his injuries during the journey.
