Goris Eco-Park Service Head Dies Suddenly During KP MP's Father's Wake

On August 4, a tragic incident occurred in the Syunik province. Around 21:40, a report was received by the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding a body found at 2 Orbelyan Street in Goris, as reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan.

It was established at the scene that the deceased was 57-year-old Spartak M., a resident of Goris, who began to feel unwell around 21:00 on the same day in front of the funeral home located at 2 Orbelyan Street. Before the emergency medical team from Goris Medical Center could arrive, he had passed away.

Based on the case, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia has initiated a criminal proceeding in the Goris Investigation Division under the qualification of "murder" (sudden death).

According to information from the photojournalist, Spartak M. was the head of the Goris Eco-Park Service and was attending the wake ceremony of the father of Civil Contract faction MP Armen Khachatryan.
