Navrotski is Shocked by the Fact that Poland Owes its Existence to the USSR: Zakharova
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated that the President of Poland, Karol Navrotski, suffers from "clinical Russophobia." Zakharova made this remark in response to Navrotski's statement at a rally of his supporters, where he said, "Wherever they beat a Moskali, Poland helps there," and that "Ukrainians must keep Russia away from Poland."
According to the Russian Foreign Ministry representative, the President of Poland regularly uses incendiary language, and the degrading term "Moskali" has become normalized among the Polish elite. Zakharova also noted that Navrotski has forgotten about the direct border between Russia and Poland.
"There are no Ukrainians or Ukraine between us. In the past, it was a border of mutually beneficial cooperation, from which nothing remains due to the efforts of Navrotski and Sikorski," Zakharova stated. She characterized Navrotski's statements about supporting Ukraine in the fight against Russia as a result of historical complexes and "helpless rage."
