Ukraine Declares No Peace Agreement by Year-End
The Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, Vadym Skibitskyi, has announced that no peace treaty will be signed between Russia and Ukraine by the end of the year, and no agreements will be reached.
In an interview with RBK-Ukraine, Skibitskyi pointed out that, according to the plans and statements from the Russian side, there are no expectations for signing any agreements or concluding a peace treaty this year. He indicated that the Russian Federation intends to pursue the objectives set before it, the primary one being the liberation of the remaining parts of Donbas from the Ukrainian armed forces.
