Classes to Be Held on Saturdays in Yerevan Schools Starting September 15
During the COP17 conference, there will be no educational activities in Yerevan schools for one week. This has been announced by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia.
It is reported that starting from September 15, for a period of five weeks, educational institutions in the capital will operate on a six-day work schedule. As a result, the one-week autumn break scheduled for October will be extended to two weeks.
The 17th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17) will take place in Armenia from October 19 to 30, 2026.
